Peer Teaching + Assessment Style Practice Days with Sharoni Fixler
These sessions are for apprentices and teachers going for their next level of certification to practice assessment-style teaching and do assessment-style practices. CIYogi and Y60 Members are welcome to join and participate in the practices and be a volunteer student for the teaching component.

Morning openings move the practitioner towards deep relaxation through postures that open the body, followed by pranayama, giving awareness to the respiratory process while recognizing the connection between the breath, the mind and the emotions. Traditional asana are progressively introduced in the afternoon for energizing the body and mind.
