Join us for a transformative workshop designed to address these common modern-day ailments. This practice will help you realign your body to its natural, healthy posture from the tricks and tips of Iyengar Yoga. Discover what good posture truly means, enhance your postural strength, and increase your body awareness. We’ll focus on key areas that often become misaligned, helping you reduce stress and recover from both mental and physical fatigue.

Whether you’re a beginner, an experienced student, or even a teacher, this workshop offers valuable insights and techniques. It’s also an excellent cross-training tool to complement your other activities.

Sustained practice, sequenced to progressively open the body through concentrated effort and awareness.

Morning openings move the practitioner towards deep relaxation through postures that open the body, followed by pranayama, giving awareness to the respiratory process while recognizing the connection between the breath, the mind and the emotions. Traditional asana are progressively introduced in the afternoon for energizing the body and mind.
