10-10:45am | Beginners + Beyond (Open to all levels)
A class for new students who would like to develop a solid base and experienced students who would like to strengthen their foundation.
*Choose this class for a guided introduction to yoga and leave feeling rejuvenated.

11:15am-12:00pm | Level 3-4 (For experienced students)
A laboratory for depth, finesse and refinements. Access more advanced postures (inversions, balancing, intermediate forward bends and backbends).
*Choose this class if you’re interested in challenging yourself and going deeper.

12:30-1:15pm | Short, Sweet + Sweaty (Open to all levels)
Boost your practice with this 45 minute dynamic yoga workout. Sweat, sculpt, and strengthen each muscle group. Elevate your cardiovascular endurance, build up your strength and fire up your core.
*Choose this class if you want to energize and get your sweat on!

1:45-2:30pm | Stretch + Breathe (Open to all levels)
Extended holds with deeper work to lengthen your muscles, unlock your joints and stimulate circulation throughout the body. Calm your nervous system with meditative breath work to move you into a peaceful state of relaxation.
*Choose this class if you need some relaxation and peace with deep openings.
