These classes are for all levels of students and teachers, modifications will be offered.

Stretch + Breathe with Deanna
Extended holds with deeper work to lengthen your muscles, unlock your joints and stimulate circulation throughout the body. Calm your nervous system with meditative breathwork to move you into a peaceful state of relaxation.

Detox Practice with Ana
Cleanse, invigorate and recharge with standing poses and inversions (upside-down poses).

Friday, December 27
Tractions + Openings with Tracy Scott-Cooper
Special sequences for flexibility, strength and endurance that realign the body and wake up stiff, weak and sore areas intelligently.

Saturday, December 28
Strength + Core with Carolyn + Sharoni
Power up your practice. Promote muscular strength, core stability and healthy abdominal organs. Vibrant practice working skillfully.

Sunday, December 29
Vitality with Deanna
Awaken the body and mind with a fluid, playful and dynamic practice promoting openings, strength, balance and energy.

Monday, December 30
Move Forward + Twist with Janet
Open the body and kindle the digestive fire with forward bends and twists.

Tuesday, December 31
Open to the New Year with Ivi
An uplifting backbends practice to refresh and bring you joy.

Wednesday, January 1
New Year’s Day Celebratory Practice with Sharoni + Shelly
A balanced practice to welcome the New Year.
